Cleaning Operative (M/F)

MS NETTOYAGE regularly recruits experienced cleaners to work in private households across Luxembourg.

Your Responsibilities:

• Cleaning various surfaces (floors, furniture, kitchens, and bathrooms)

• Window cleaning (as required)

• Ironing (as required)

• Adhering to hygiene and quality standards

• Tasks may vary depending on the specific needs of each client. In general, your main responsibility is to keep clients’ homes clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

Candidate Profile:

• Responsible, punctual, and reliable

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

• Discreet and respectful towards clients

• Previous experience in cleaning private households is required

• Ability to work independently (some clients prefer to have only one cleaner assigned to their home)

• A valid Category B driving licence is an advantage

What We Offer:

• Flexible working hours

• Possibility to start with a limited number of working hours (e.g. 4 hours per week)

• Opportunity to gradually increase working hours as the number of clients grows, subject to mutual agreement

• Official employment contract and registration in accordance with Luxembourg labour laws

• Salary: €18 gross per hour, in accordance with the salary scale established by the collective agreement for the building cleaning sector in Luxembourg. For more information, please refer to the salary scale published by LCGB (June 2026).

Important Information

Company Address: Our registered office is located at a private residential address. We do not have offices open to the public. Please do not visit this address without an appointment.

Visa and Work Permit: We do not provide assistance with obtaining visas or work permits. Applicants must have the necessary documentation to work legally in Luxembourg.

Service Areas: Most of our clients are located in the Central, North-Central, North-Western and Western regions of Luxembourg, particularly in and around the municipality of Helperknapp. Availability to work in these areas is an advantage.
